The Richemont Group’s Baume collection is made using clean manufacturing processes, with upcycled, recycled and natural materials replacing animal skins, synthetics and rare stones.

The company even plans to set up assembly facilities in the various markets where Baume watches will be sold to cut down on transport and shipping-related carbon footprint.
The company’s ‘Iconic’ model will be made out of recycled aluminium and 100% reused plasticand is priced at $1,100 (£838).
Other strap material options include natural cork, cotton and linen.
